Customer Authentication
1st Time Logging In: Enter your Customer UID that is listed on your bill and your LAST NAME as a 1-time Password.

Returning Customers: Enter your Customer UID and the Password you created during your 1st visit, and click on Log In.

After Logging In: To make a payment on your Portsmouth Parking Authority account, click on Permits, and then View Your Permits. Then follow the prompts to process your payment.

To Request a Permit Online:

If you need to submit a request for a parking permit in a Portsmouth Parking Authority facility, and are not a current Parking Authority Customer and have never had a Customer UID or password, please register as a guest.
