To pay a Parking Ticket, please enter your Citation Number or search by State & Plate Number.
Please Note: If your ticket number does not begin with an "E" or "S" please allow for 2-3 business days before searching for it in our system.
If you have an account with the Portsmouth Parking Authority for a permit (or permits) for float or reserved parking in a PPA facility and this is your first time visiting this site, please scroll down to the PERMITS section and select First Time Permit Customer.
If you have already established a Password for your account, click on LOGIN in the upper right corner, and then enter your Customer UID and your Password.
To submit an online request for a parking permit, select Get Permits.
